Orders & delivery
How do I place an order?
Pick a service from the Services page or New Order page, enter the target post/profile URL and the quantity. No account credentials or passwords are required.
How long does delivery take?
Most services start delivering within minutes. Total time depends on the service and quantity; see the service details for guidance. If progress stalls for an unusually long time, please open a support ticket.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders for services marked as 'Cancelable' can be canceled via the Cancel button in your order history. If delivery has already started, only the undelivered portion is refunded.
What is refill?
If delivered counts drop after the order completes, refill restores the missing amount free of charge. Only orders for 'Refillable' services are eligible. Use the Refill button in your order history within the refill window.

Which payment methods are supported?
Depending on the tenant configuration: credit card (Stripe), PayPal, crypto (Heleket) and bank transfer. The Add Funds page shows the methods currently available to you.
Can I get a refund?

The Social Shop support team will help you personally — usually within 24–48 hours.
Orders that fail to deliver due to a service-side error, and undelivered portions of canceled orders, are automatically refunded to your balance. For refunds of an already-deposited balance, please contact support via a ticket.
Is there a minimum deposit amount?
Online checkout starts from 10 USD. Bank transfer has per-currency minimums. See the Add Funds page for current limits.
Account & other
Is there a risk of being banned on the social network?
For typical services that target public URLs, the risk is very low. That said, sending massive volume in a short period may violate a platform's terms of service — use at your own discretion.
Can I change the display currency?
Yes — change it from the Currency settings on the Account page. Balances are stored in USD and converted for display at approximate rates.
